Please read through these Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

If you should change your mind about your Lovingly Chic purchase, then you have 7 working days to return your purchase.

You MUST notify us via email to natalie@lovinglychic.co.uk, before returning ANY item. Please state in the email:

  • Your name
  • Order/invoice number
  • Reason for returning the item/s

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we do not accept any responsibility for returned items that fail to reach us.

Please ensure all items are returned, unused, in their original packaging.  If there is any sign of use we will be unable to accept the return.

Unless the item/s is faulty, the customer will pay for return postage and packing. If your item/s is faulty then we will refund your return postage and packing costs.

On receipt of the returned item/s, we will issue you a refund within 10 working days. You will receive your refund via the original method of payment.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products, appearing on the website, are correct at the time of publishing.

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Goods are subject to availability.

When you place an order on our website, we shall acknowledge your order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse an order.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you.

Delivery can be made within the UK and worldwide.

Please note Lovingly Chic does not accept responsibility for items lost in the post.

Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. This is in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. Refunds will only be made via the original payment method. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in this website.
